How Does Your Shipping Work?

We are excited to announce that we are now shipping worldwide! We ship through Canada Post. 

You will receive an email confirmation when we mail out your order. All orders are sent without tracking information. Please allow 5-10 business days (Canada & US) or 10-15 business days (International) for your items to arrive. If you don't receive an email about your items being mailed out, please confirm that your e-mail address is correct on your order, then contact us. 

For those living in Ottawa, there is an option for reduced shipping when you reach the checkout page. Your items will be personally delivered to your door. All orders are delivered on the weekend following the date when the order was placed. You will receive an e-mail notification when your order is on the way. Keep your ears open for a knock or doorbell ring!

We are not responsible for packages lost in the mail or for packages that are delayed. Please be patient with our carriers as they are delivering your orders and doing the best they can!

If your order is lost, please contact the carrier needed to file a claim. Please do not hesitate to email us if you have any questions. 

Why Do Your Products and Shipping Cost So Much?

As a small business, we work with a smaller budget and produce everything in smaller quantities than larger companies. Our products are not mass produced in warehouses abroad. We work with Canadian companies to turn our artwork into products you can use. In some instances where we cannot work with Canadian companies, we use American companies but overall we stick with North American manufacturers. All of these factors determine the prices of our products.

In regards to shipping, Canada Post is a reputable and trusted postal operator. Therefore, we prefer to ship through them. We do not determine the prices of postage or parcels, they do. If you as the consumer are not charged for shipping, that is a cost we would have to absorb. As a small business that is not a sustainable method of getting our products to you while still keeping our business alive. Please understand that we try to keep shipping costs as low as possible in terms of using minimal packaging to reduce the weight of your parcel. 

If you are in Ottawa, Canada there is an option for reduced shipping when you reach the check-out page. Your items will be personally delivered to your doorstep rather than going through Canada Post.

What Is Eco-Conscious Packaging?

We are an eco-conscious company, therefore, almost all of our packaging is either recyclable or biodegradable. We try to avoid the use of plastic in our packaging as much as possible. In instances where a packaging item is not recyclable or biodegradable, please understand that we are a small business with the goal of creating the least amount of waste possible while still maintaining a level of quality packaging to safely deliver your items.


We are always open to feedback and suggestions in regards to eco-packaging. Send us an e-mail, we'd love to hear from you!

Return Policy

All items are non-refundable. 

If you are unhappy with how your item arrived, please send us an e-mail immediately so that we can notify you of the next steps to take. 

Can I Make Photocopies of Your Colouring Book?

The short answer is no. Only Rasm Print Creations has the right to make copies of anything we print or publish due to copyright laws. Individuals are prohibited from making copies of all or substantial parts of copyright protected works without the consent of the copyright owner. For this reason, someone who copies such works without the permission of the copyright owner may be in violation of the Copyright Act.

If you are an educator or someone looking to use our material for educational purposes (ie: in a classroom or seminar), please contact us and we can make arrangements for wholesale pricing and a contract outlining the use of our material for the purposes you have in mind. Education is a fundamental element of our company and we would love to help you in any way we can. 

Similarly, if you are a business looking for custom colouring pages or art, please send us an e-mail and we can create custom colouring pages or art  with your business name and any theme you have in mind. Prices will vary and are dependent on each individual project. 

Do You Offer Wholesale Pricing?

Yes, some of our items are available for wholesale purchase and pricing. Under the "Contact Us" tab there is a page titled "Wholesale Inquiry". Please submit your inquiry on this page. Thank you for your interest!

What is the Turnaround For Custom Illustrations or Branding Images?

Multiple factors will determine our turnaround time, including the number of illustrations you are looking for, the amount of details in the illustrations, the type of illustration and the timeline you are considering. We do not take on more clients than our schedule allows. Therefore, if our schedule for the month is full we will communicate this with you at the time of inquiry.

When contacting us about custom illustrations for your business or organization, please include as much detail as possible (including the above information).
